Melisa has studied various healing modalities over the years, including Personal Performance Coaching, Sound Therapy, Breathwork (Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release System©) Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Usui Reiki. Her work is a combination of these powerful tools, infused with the magic of ancient wisdom, spiritual feminine practices, ceremony & ritual. 

This powerful work serves as a true catalyst for spiritual growth & awakening, helping release emotional, physical & mental blockages, leading to deep transformational shifts.
